I was born into poverty, raised in an environment where ambition was absent, and even burdened with a childhood lisp that made me the subject of ridicule. Yet, every challenge became fuel. My father’s lack of vision taught me ambition, my mother’s sacrifices instilled resilience, and my lisp gave me conviction in communication.
My career began humbly as an Administration Aid at The Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Saudi Arabia. That first paycheck symbolized dignity and the beginning of a new path. Over 15 years, I mastered sales, distribution, and leadership—driving growth, modernizing systems, and leading teams of hundreds.
At Abdul Latif Jameel, I turned struggling regions into growth engines, expanding global brands and saving millions through innovation and discipline. Later, with Zamil, GE & Haier, I proved myself a turnaround leader, transforming loss-making operations into profitability within a year.
Today, as Vice President at Nikai Group, I manage national operations across iconic brands, ensuring profitable expansion and sustainable networks. Alongside, I have invested in education—earning an MBA, global certifications, and ultimately, becoming an International Business Coach.
